BIC is recruiting an Associate Manager, Business Development in Casablanca to help establish and grow its CDS business in Morocco, focusing on decorated and customized BIC products.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop the CDS strategy for Morocco using market, competitor, and customer insights.
- Identify potential customers, partners, and decision-makers, and implement customer development plans.
- Assess opportunities for strategic fit, operational requirements, and commercial and financial potential.
- Develop and negotiate contracts, close agreements, and coordinate delivery with business operations.
- Build new channels and develop merchandising and souvenir-related solutions for different customer segments.
- Establish a strong professional network and track sales, profitability, and opportunity conversion.
- Help develop the resources and capabilities needed to support business growth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, international business, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in business development, prospecting, strategic planning, and sales execution.
- Knowledge or experience in product decorating techniques is an advantage.
- Arabic and fluent French; English is an advantage.
- Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
- Strong market analysis, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Initiative, ownership, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Location and travel:
The role is based on-site in Casablanca. Travel within Morocco and internationally is required according to business needs, including training at the Tarragona Center of Expertise.
